4. Home visits and the home-visit fee

To arrange a home visit, we need sufficient contact and address information to confirm your appointment.

Our home-visit service is currently available within Chennai city limits only. A fee of ₹1,000 applies to the visit. If you make a purchase, this fee will be adjusted against your bill. If you do not make a purchase, the fee is retained and is not refunded, subject to applicable law and any refund required because of our failure to provide the agreed service.
